Working in a school setting has its unique challenges. I look forward to working with school personnel so that they continue to find fulfillment working in a helping profession that often takes a great deal of emotional energy.  My many years of  working in school settings and wearing a variety of hats allows me to help, support and guide school personnel (teachers, administrators, and staff) who might need an objective point of view as they work through their challenges such as burn out, difficulty with a colleague, classroom management, parent relationships, supervising personnel, and more.
